Just Florida commenced business in 1990 dealing in rentals and sales of luxury villas in the Kissimmee/Orlando area of Florida close to the Attractions of Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Due to demand, Just Florida added availability of villas and condominiums in Naples, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Englewood, Anna Maria Island, St Pete's, Clearwater, Tampa, and Hudson/New Port Richey on the Gulf Coast to its portfolio plus properties in Key Largo, Marathon, Islamorada, and Key West in the Florida Keys and Miami. As part of their services to renters and villa owners, the company became associated with property management companies and villa rental companies in the Central Florida and the Gulf Coast areas.

Florida Car Rentals and Florida Attraction Tickets were soon formed to cater for clients requests for car hire through Dollar and Alamo, and for the provision of tickets for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Silver Sands, Cypress Gardens, and the dinner theatres of Arabian Nights, Pirates, Medieval Times, and Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede.

Caribbean Fantasies and Just Caribbean Villas Limited were formed to cater for the requirements of clients who wanted an alternative destination to Florida or wanted to book two centre stays. The principals, with in excess of 30 years experience in the Caribbean, personally selected accommodations from apartments to luxury villas on islands that they have visited. the widest choice on the better known islands of Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, St Kitts and Grenada, the Bahamas, and the Cayman Islands, but also including the lesser known islands of Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Nevis, St Maarten, St Barths, Saba, Tobago, and Canouan and Bequia in the Grenadines.

In 2002, Just Italy Limited was Just Florida's first venture outside the Americas to offer villa, apartments, and hotel accommodation in Rome, Capri, Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Citta di Castello, Umbertide, Pisa, Sienna, Sorrento, Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Marche, and the Amalfi Coast.

Just Travel Services, was formed to offer low cost flights, hotel & villa accommodation, short breaks, cruises, bargain holidays, and tailor-made getaways to past and future customers of companies within The Just Group.

Just Tennessee offers luxury rental accommodations to owners. After researching several other states including Texas, Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, the Principals were of the opinion that Tennessee offered the greatest potential for capital growth and rentals income in the area of Pigeon Forge, home to Dolly Parton's Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain National Park, the largest National Park in the U.S.A. This area is convenient for Memphis, home to Elvis Presley's Gracelands, Nashville, the world capital of country music and home to the Gran Ole Opry, Lynchburg, where every drop of the famous Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey is made, and Chattanooga, on the beautiful Tennessee River, famous for historic Lookout Mountain, the 145 foot high underground Ruby Falls, the world's largest freshwater aquarium, and the opportunity to sample true southern hospitality in the old riverboat tradition on the Southern Belle Riverboat.

In 2007 and after much research, Just Panama reached an agreement with Regency Real Estate Investment Services of Panama to market their first resort community of Los Altos de San Carlos, a gated community of 60 apartments to be constructed on elevated land with mountain and sea views on the Pacific Coast of Panama within 5 minutes of miles of white sand beaches. Just 3.5 miles from the resort, a new Sea World style resort is to be built on 738 acres at a projected cost of in excess of $300 million. Panama boasts of the most rapidly growing economy in Latin America and is currently doubling the capacity of the Panama Canal at a cost of $5.25 billion. Major investments in Panama include Donald Trump's Trump Ocean Club; The Hard Rock Group plan to open a 455 room hotel; The Nikki Beach Lifestyle & Entertainment Organisation renowned internationally for it's operations in seven countries including locations in Sardinia, Marrakech, St Barts, and St Tropez, is now constructing Nikki Beach Resort & Residences in Panama including a 5 star hotel resort with 140 rooms, and 130 apartments; Gates-Cocige is working on four projects:- a 24-story hotel in downtown Panama City, a 1,500-acre resort community on a remote island, a 150-acre marina and resort and a 400,000-sq.-ft. office building and hotel in downtown Panama City; Wyndham Hotels and Resorts 300-room hotel with four restaurants, a full-service spa and fitness center, rooftop pool, business center, 15,000 square feet of meeting space and a Las Vegas-style casino with more than 40,000 square feet of gaming area, making it one of the largest casinos in Latin America. The many Multi-National Companies using Panama as their Regional Operational Centre are now being joined by Proctor & Gamble, Dell, DHL, Hewlett & Packard, and Caterpillar. In addition many Hollywood film stars are purchasing second homes in Panama, which is now one of the major investment areas in the world for retirees.
Panama also offers no property taxes for 20 years, no taxes on income outside Panama, a near perfect climate, and an extremely low cost of living.

An associate company, Bear-Foot Mountain Properties, has been set up to manage and place rentals into the luxury lodges at Summit View, The Glades mountain Resort, and The Approach at Settler's Ridge in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas close to the Tennessee's Smoky Mountain National Park.
