Nike has recently taken a more unique approach to the Air Max Plus, shying away from the more simple, understated executions prevalent over the course of the Summer. And while this newly-revealed pair may seem ordinary at first glance, closer inspection would reveal a number of unique details.

In colorway, however, this Nike Air Max Plus is conversely straightforward, opting for an arrangement predominantly comprised of “Black” and “Anthracite.” But what it lacks in color the pair more than makes up with a range of noteworthy details, from the Swoosh emblazoned onto the toe cap to the matted Air Units that run the length of the midsole. What’s more, the upper itself is worth noting, as it applies contrast stitching over top a base material whose gloss is heavily reminiscent of satin.
