Practically every luxury fashion house has created a custom look for her performances—including Jean Paul Gaultier, Alexander McQueen, Valentino, and of course, that unforgettable Loewe catsuit. Punctuating all of these theatrical looks? Usually a sexy stiletto sandal or boot of some sort. The headscarf was very much Old Hollywood, but the shoes were giving modern-day superstar.
