"A GREAT PLACE TO STAY - My husband and I and another couple spent 5 nights in a Bearfoot Mountain cabin. We loved it! The staff was very friendly and gave us some more bathcloths when needed. Everything was so clean, and the cabin smelled like new wood. We feel that we got a great deal on the 5 nights that we stayed. Because our husbands rode motorcycles up, I was glad that we stayed on the lower level since the road up was pretty steep (we were in the mountains!). I will go and stay again! Thanks for a great time!"

"We just got home from staying 5 nights in Ridge Top Rendevous. The cabin was just wonderful! The furnishings were wonderful, the views of the sunrise over the mountaintops was just beautiful! I would highly recommend this property! Doing business with Pam was such a pleasure because she is so 'guest oriented'. No problems, no complications, just peace and quiet! "I just want to share my wonderful experience. First, I am a very hard person to please. Pam and Lori went out of their way to answer all of my questions. They were pleasant, helpful and sincere. Their excellent customer service and patience convinced me that I was making a good choice. Second: The cabin (Bear Necessities) was wonderful. The view was great, the cabin was very comfortable and clean. The whole family was happy. Kids loved the ducks, I loved the sun rises. It was very quiet and relaxing. It was close to everything. We will be coming back and staying here."

"My family enjoyed their stay at Ridge Top Rendezvous. The reservations were a breeze and Pam was most helpful. The cabin and environment was great. My three sons enjoyed fishing in the stocked pond and feeding the ducks there.The location was also great, because it is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. "Laurel was such a blessing! Our family needed a rest after several years of illnesses and accidents. Laurel took care of everything, all we had to do was arrive. We brought the whole family, three daughters, two sons-in-laws and two grandsons. We had a great time! The cabin was cozy, but not crowded and very well maintained. We were all sad to leave. I took my wife and two children aged 5 and 7 years and we all really enjoyed our holiday. The location is excellent and contrast immense. You have the peace and quiet of the Cabin and the beauty of the Smokies, but only 10 minutes away is Dollywood, a tremendous theme park which takes two days to get around fully. Then just slightly further down the road is the Splash Country waterpark, which was another fantastic day out. Pidgeon Forge and Gatlingburg are only a stones throw away and have massive amounts of things to do for the kids. Also the people in Tennessee are so friendly and polite which was good to see.
It was a really great holiday which was fun packed all the way. Cant wait to return next year!” - KH

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay - only wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin was perfect - beautifully equipped the views were - as the brochure said- breathtaking. Your directions from Nashville were a great help.

"The main thrust of this letter is to confirm our recent telephone conversation where I told you about my visit to Pigeon Forge and the Gatlinburg area from which I return yesterday. I was very pleased with the area and met with the representative of Bear Foot Mountain Properties who showed me the Summit View development. After viewing the area, I went to Sevierville to open a bank account at the bank there and met with the Marketing Director and the senoir Vice President. In short my visit to Tennessee was both useful and very informative as well as being a nice visit to a lovely part of the U.S.A.
Carolyne and I would like to thank you for allowing us the chance to hopefully take advantage of what looks like it could be a good investment for us. We would also like to thank you for being honest and candid with us about the details.
One last thing....I met a young lady on my return flight yesterday who is a stewardest with British Airways and who has around £100,000 to invest and is also looking at property. I have advuised her about Just Tennessee and that the Glades development might interest her. I have given her the website details and she has indicated that she will be in touch."
