This is a newly constructed three bedroom, two bathroom, luxury lodge in a magnificent location situated on a 0.68 acre site on an elevated position on the shores of Douglas Lake, and with splendid views overlooking the lake. This property enjoys 177 feet of lake frontage making it idyllic for boating enthusiasts.

The lodge is on two levels providing very spacious accommodation.  On one level there is a very large open plan living area comprising of a lounge, dining area, and fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen with all appliances, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an expansive deck with magnificent views overlooking a navigable inlet to the lake. The second level provides a huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom,  and a games room which can provide extra sleeping  accommodation by use of a futon.

This lodge is furnished, fitted, and equipped to a very high standard. It should be noted that the level of Douglas Lake is lowered in the winter months.

Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain  National Park are all easily accessible within a short drive. Pigeon Forge, home to Dollywood (Dolly Parton's world famous theme  park) offers many Attractions, water parks, dinner theatres, shops, several outlet malls, and restaurants. Gatlinburg, the gateway to the Smoky Mountains National Park covering over 500,000 acres, is just a few minutes further away, and offering many superb shops and restaurants in a fantastic setting and with a sky lift running from the middle of town to a 2,000 foot peak providing incredible views of Gatlinburg and the Smokies. The National Park, the largest in the U.S.A., offers the opportunity to enjoy the scenic grandeur of the last of the Appalachian Forests and it's wildlife, and also features hiking trails, horseback riding, and fishing.

Chattanooga and Lynchburg are attainable for day visits, whilst Nashville and Memphis are a little further away and overnight visits are therefore recommended.
