In addition to the 60 apartments in the gated community of Los Altos de San Carlos on the Pacific Coast, we also have available for sale land/building lots of varying sizes and in several locations, close to the Pacific and Caribbean Coasts and also inland in mountainous areas of scenic grandeur.
The land/building lots can be retained for investment purposes and future capital growth, or alternatively can be utilised for construction of homes at any date in the future. Our Panamanian associate company will provide assistance in preparation of plans and with applications for detailed planning consent.
Financing is available of not less than 50 per cent of the cost of the land/building plots, and with a further 50 per cent of the cost of construction of a home. This is by way of a non-status, no documentation, mortgage over the relevant property over a 20 year term. The mortgage can be either interest only or principal plus interest, and can be repaid without penalty at any time during the term of the mortgage.
