Construction of villa
Our Panama associates, Regency Real Estate Investment Services, will provide the purchaser with a choice of floor plans through The Just Group, and, after the purchaser has made his selection together with any possible alterations for consideration, Regency Real Estate Investment Services will arrange, organise, and overseer the construction of a home on the plot for purchasers and obtain all the necessary consents.
Home building costs are currently running from approximately $800 per square metre and the following homes may be built on a relevant plot subject to planning permission:
