50% of the purchase price is required on signing of the contract within 60 days of the lot being reserved

The balance can be paid over any period from one to twenty years by way of a loan  (either Capital & Interest or Interest Only) The interest rate is 7% p.a. The loan is secured by a first mortgage over the property being purchased.

Construction of villa

Our Panama associates, Regency Real Estate Investment Services, will provide the purchaser with a choice of  floor plans through The Just Group, and, after the purchaser has made his selection together with any possible alterations for consideration, Regency Real Estate Investment Services will arrange, organise, and overseer the construction of a home on the plot for purchasers and obtain all the necessary consents.

Home building costs are currently running from approximately $800 per square metre and the following homes may be built on a relevant plot subject to planning permission:
