The resort is located on 20 acres of tropical beachfront just 2.5 miles east of Crown Point International Airport. The acreage is part of the 750-acre Tobago Plantations exclusive mixed-use development on Tobago's windward side in the south-western region of the island and overlooks the spectacular Tobago Plantations' 18-hole PGA-designed golf course.

Resort features include two world-class tennis courts, three outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre with sauna, a full-service spa facility, and Master PADI dive instructors on site.

The resort offers deluxe oceanfront rooms, and one and two bedroom suites with Jacuzzi, all tastefully decorated with a Caribbean theme. All rooms and suites enjoy their own private balcony.
