Nestled in 192 acres of magnificent rainforest and sweeping majestically down to sea, this hotel is without question located in one of the most awe-inspiring locations in the world, the majestic valley of The Pitons. Each first-class villa has been placed uniquely and privately amongst the lush green foliage and soaring trees to give you the feeling of being at one with nature and with that, the feeling of complete serenity. The views will simply take your breath away.

This hotel experience caters for all. As well as all land and watersports including unsurpassed scuba diving, you can pamper yourself in The Jalousie Spa and experience the local foods and delicacies in the fine restaurants and bars. All children are welcome and we have a wide range of activities that will keep them occupied and ensure that they, and you, have the holiday experience of a lifetime.

The Verandah Restaurant offers daily buffet breakfast on an open-air terrace overlooking forbidden beach is available from 7:30am – 10:30am. Guests can enjoy a full English, Continental or American Breakfast with eggs cooked to order or a range of freshly baked pastries with fresh fruits, while soaking in the magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea. Dress code is casual with cover-up over bathing suits.

Buffet lunches are served in the Bayside Grill, while light snacks are served beachside. Lunch is available from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, with snacks served beachside from 11:30am to 5:00pm. An extensive menu with grilled specialties is also available. Dress code is casual, with cover-ups at lunch.

The Pier Restaurant is set on the edge of the ocean, with dramatic views of the Pitons. Enjoy sumptuous A-La-Carte menus that feature fresh seafood while listening to the soothing sounds of the beach as the waves lap onto the Pier. This restaurant is open five nights a week from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. The dress code is casual. Reservations are required and the last sitting is at 9:00pm.

Enjoy fine dining in a intimate air-conditioned setting nightly from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. The Plantation Room serves International Caribbean fusion cuisine. Fresh vegetables used in the preparation of the menu items are organically grown to add a special flavour to our highest quality dining. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Dress code is elegantly casual, with no shorts, jeans, caps or T-shirts.
