The West Indies Café with it's extraordinary tropical architecture is the ideal backdrop for Marie Riviere's fabulous " La Banane" cabaret show. Enjoy a gourmet meal in a romantic, casual setting skillfully prepared by the chef, Serge. A native of Alsace, who excels in the art of mixing herbs, spices and fresh ingredients for truly unforgettable meals. The West Indies Café menu combines the delicate flavors and recipes of the East with the refined dished of the West.

A water sports center is located near the hotel that rents windsurfing equipment, catamarans, jet skis and scooters, pedal boats and canoes. Excursions can be arranged to the neighbouring islands of St Martin/St Maarten and Saba.

Overlooking the lagoon, the fitness center, free for guests, is equipped with weightlifting and cardiovascular machines, punching bags and a small area for doing floor exercises. Water aerobics classes are taught in the pool.
