"I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the most marvelous time. I had breath taking views of the bay from the balcony of my room. The staff was courteous and very friendly. When ever I needed extra towels, a taxi, or making reservations, the staff was always there to help. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was more then I was expecting with a large variety of food. The hotel restaurant, Sabor was the best place to eat and convenient. I would go back again and again."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at Pelican Bay at Lucaya for 5 days and it was just amazing. The staff was very friendly and responded to our needs very quickly. Our room was located on the 1st floor and facing the pool. Needless to say that it was super cozy, clean and comfortable. Well located and a few steps from the beach we would definitely recommend this hotel."
