Malliouhana Spa combines the best qualities of a spa resort and a destination spa. In other words, it strikes a balance between the easy-going ambiance of a ‘vacation’ spa and the rigorous regime of a health spa.
34 Double Rooms With a floor area of between 760-880 square feet, the rooms are situated in four locations :- the Main House, on the upper floors of the beach villas, in the gardens, and on the bluff. Each has a large bedroom with doors leading to a covered patio, a fully marbled bathroom and most also have an entrance lobby.
7 One-Bedroom Suites Each suite is over 1,800 square feet, including outside terrace(s), and located in the garden, with ocean view, and beachfront villas. They each have a large lounge and a bedroom with marbled bathroom, a covered patio, and an outdoor terrace.
2 Two-Bedroom Suites Each suite is around 2,500 square feet and are located in the Terrace on the bluff overlooking Turtle Cove Beach. A suite has a small lounge between 2 large bedrooms each with a marbled bathroom, a covered patio, and an outdoor terrace.
6 Junior Suites The Junior suites are each 1,700 square feet, located in the Terrace which is on the bluff overlooking Turtle Cove Beach. Each comprises of a large lobby, a bedroom, a marbled bathroom, a patio, and an outdoor terrace.
2 Jacuzzi Suites With over 1,900 square feet overlooking Turtle Cove Beach and the Caribbean sea, these suites are extra large junior suites with a lobby, a bedroom, a marbled bathroom, a covered patio, an outdoor terrace, and a private outdoor Jacuzzi.

Pool Suite This is a huge suite with more than 5,000 square feet comprising a master bedroom, a large bathroom with whirlpool bath, a lounge, a separate study or junior bedroom with shower room, dressing rooms, outdoor covered terraces, a private 6 ft deep pool and sunning decks. This suite has private access to Turtle Cove beach
French-born Alain Laurent is behind the gastronomic delights created and prepared in the Malliouhana kitchen. Together with his staff of 26, Chef Laurent has taken the art of fine French cuisine to new heights with subtle touches of Caribbean flavors.
Chef Laurent oversees all daily aspects of the restaurant’s kitchen and works in synergy with restaurant manager Jacques Borderon.
2004 Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Survey gave the score of 100 out of 100 for food and dining at Malliouhana.
