Jost Van Dyke, long the favourite haunt for yachties, is the original "barefoot" island renowned for it's protected anchorages, beachfront restaurants and bars.

Grand Harbour is a beautiful bay sheltered by sizeable hills, and is the arrival point for ferries from Soper's Hole, Tortola, and from St Thomas via St John in the U.S.Virgin Islands.

There are a number of guest houses and small inns.
